Who we are

Clad LLC (“Clad,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an exterior contractor providing roofing, skylight, siding, and gutter services across seven Northeast states. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information on cladproject.com (the “Site”).

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Contact and estimate requests — your name, phone number, email address, message, requested service, and property address.
• Roof estimate details — when you use our instant estimate calculator, the property address you enter and the resulting roof measurements (area, pitch, segments) and price ranges.
• Photos — images of your home you upload to our roof visualizer tool.

We also collect some information automatically: usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, collected through cookies and similar technologies as described below.

How we use your information

• Responding to your inquiries and scheduling estimates.
• Preparing project scopes, quotes, and roof visualizations.
• Communicating with you about your project by phone or email.
• Understanding how the Site is used so we can improve it.
• Complying with legal and licensing obligations.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand Site traffic. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) only after you accept analytics cookies in our consent banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and measurement is limited to anonymous, cookieless signals.

We also use strictly necessary storage that does not require consent:

• Your cookie consent choice itself.
• Session and authentication cookies required for secure areas of the Site to function.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing this Site's data in your browser settings, after which the consent banner will appear again. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Service providers

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate the Site and our business:

• Google — analytics (Google Analytics) and address lookup / mapping (Google Maps) in the estimate calculator.
• Supabase — secure database and file storage for form submissions and uploaded photos.
• Resend — email delivery for lead notifications.
• Twenty — our customer relationship management (CRM) system, where inquiry details are recorded.
• OpenAI — AI processing of photos you upload to the roof visualizer, used solely to analyze the image and generate visualizations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, complete your project, and meet legal, warranty, and licensing obligations — then we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing ilya@cladproject.com. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws (including Connecticut and New Jersey) may have additional rights, such as the right to opt out of targeted advertising — which we do not engage in — and the right to appeal a denied request.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be posted on this page.
